Returns & Exchanges

At MFC, we want you to love your home; if your new furniture or decor doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MFC account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
